Merlin

Merlin builds an EVM-compatible Layer 2 chain on top of Bitcoin that supports native Bitcoin protocols including BRC20, BRC420, Bitmap, Atomicals, Pipe, and Stamp. It uses ZK-Rollup with decentralized Oracle nodes to handle data transmission, offering lower fees and higher scalability than Bitcoin's base layer. Developers can build on Merlin Chain and apply for grants through its ecosystem program.
