OpenServ is a company that provides an AI agent infrastructure layer, called SERV, designed to add structured reasoning, auditability, and cost controls on top of existing AI models.
OpenServ offers the SERV Reasoning API, which routes AI agent calls through its own inference layer by requiring only a base URL change, making it compatible with OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs without migration. The product adds typed, validated reasoning steps to AI agents, producing audit trails and structured outputs. It targets enterprise users and developers who want more reliable and cost-controlled AI agent execution beyond what frontier models alone provide. OpenServ also offers a no-code agent builder, a launchpad, and an x402 marketplace.
