POD is a platform that allows emerging fund managers to launch and operate tokenised, regulated investment funds without assembling their own legal, administrative, and service-provider infrastructure.
POD provides an all-in-one fund creation, administration, and capital introduction platform aimed at small trading teams of one to ten people who need a regulated fund vehicle. Managers launch as a segregated portfolio inside one of POD's existing umbrella fund structures, domiciled in BVI or Cayman, with custody, banking, and exchange accounts opened as part of onboarding. POD automates fund administration processes such as NAV calculation, dealing flows, and fee minting on a private blockchain, replacing the traditional chain of separate service providers.
