Overview
USD.AI provides asset-backed loans for GPU deployments, typically covering up to 80% of hardware value over three to five years, to operators such as neoclouds, HPC providers, and data center operators. On the capital side, it operates GLX, a marketplace where institutional investors such as private credit funds, family offices, and banks can access already-originated and serviced GPU loans. Underwriting is handled by Compute IQ, a programmatic scoring system that evaluates each deal on a 100-point scale to set pricing and rates.
