Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of Sindo (the "Service"), operated by Sindo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Sindo on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.
The service
Sindo is a relationship-memory tool for business partnerships: it connects to communication sources you authorize (calendar, email, meeting capture, Slack, Telegram), organizes that material by partner, and generates AI summaries, briefs, and answers for your workspace. The Service is currently in early access; features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of the sources you connect, and for the people you invite into your workspace. Workspace members can see the partnership data collected in that workspace — connect sources accordingly. You must be legally permitted to connect the sources you connect and to record the meetings you capture, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell it and do not train AI models on it.
AI-generated content
Summaries, briefs, and answers are generated by AI from your connected sources. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are provided as an aid, not as a record of fact or as professional advice — verify anything consequential against the underlying source before acting on it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to violate law, to infringe others' rights, to record people without required consent, to probe or disrupt the Service's security, or to build a competing dataset by scraping. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fees
Early access is free. Paid plans will be introduced with clear pricing and notice; nothing you already stored is held hostage — if you don't want a paid plan, you can export and delete your data.
Third-party services
The Service depends on providers you connect (Google, Slack, Telegram, meeting platforms) and on our subprocessors. Your use of those providers remains governed by their own terms, and outages or changes on their side may affect the Service.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature survive (data deletion rights, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, 100 USD), and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv.
