Your partnerships stay yours

Sindo holds some of your most sensitive conversations — the ones with your business partners. Here is, plainly, how we treat them.

Your data never trains AI models

AI features run on Anthropic's Claude models. By default, Anthropic does not use Sindo's inputs or outputs to train its models, and Sindo does not opt in to model training. Your meetings, emails, and messages are used to answer your questions — nothing else.

Siloed to your workspace

Every piece of data belongs to exactly one workspace. Nothing is shared across customers, aggregated, or benchmarked. Inside your workspace, private sources stay private: your direct messages are visible only to you unless you explicitly share them — they never feed team-wide briefs.

You choose what comes in

Nothing is captured by default. The notetaker joins meetings as a visible participant. Slack channels and Telegram chats are connected one by one, by you. Email ingestion is scoped to the partner domains you define. Every source can be disconnected at any time.

Disconnecting, and deleting

Disconnecting a source stops all future collection from it immediately. Data already imported — past meetings, transcripts, summaries — stays in your workspace history until you delete it; removing a conversation from a partner room detaches it from that room but keeps the underlying history. Delete your workspace and everything associated is removed from our systems — not flagged, removed. To delete specific imported data, ask us at oren@sindo.io and we'll confirm deletion in writing within 30 days.

Boring, proven infrastructure

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Vercel and Supabase in the EU, with authentication by Clerk. Messaging session credentials get an additional layer of application-level encryption (AES-256-GCM). We keep our subprocessor list short and listed in our privacy policy.

Sindo never speaks for you

Sindo drafts, summarizes, and briefs — but no message ever goes to a partner without a human pressing send. There is no auto-send, and there never will be.

Questions? Write to oren@sindo.io — you'll get an answer from a human who can actually change things. See also our privacy policy and terms of service.
